Returns & Exchange Policy

Any cancellation of order(s) is NOT allowed once your order has been placed.

Please note that Items on Sale promotion, coupon used and discounted are considered Final Sale and therefore NOT eligible for cancellation/exchanges/returns.

Product is eligible for replacement of item that is priced at an equal or higher value, otherwise store credit and it’s subject to management approval.

Exchange of product is granted for 1 time only with official printed receipt, & it must be done within 5 days of receiving the product(s) and are subject to approval.

If you do have any requests for returns/exchanges, please provide us with a clear description of the defect/problem with the product(s) along with pictures of the product(s). Kindly submit your request via Contact Us for any returns/exchanges.

Exchange items / merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with all original tags attached to the merchandise, and any related accessories or instruction booklets included. Exchange is strictly subject to stocks availability.

Any excess payment due to exchange of product is required to be paid using the payment method available on website. No cash will be refunded for any unused balance from the store credit.

International orders are not eligible for any exchange/return even if they were purchased at full price.

Pokedots International Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion to modify the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.
Remarks:
* Please note that courier charges for your return package will NOT be covered by Pokedots International Sdn. Bhd..
* Please obtain a delivery receipt from courier company of your choice or record your tracking number to trace your return package if it reaches our warehouse.
* Pokedots International Sdn. Bhd. will not be liable for any loss or damage of your return package and/or product (s) handled by courier company of your choice.

All Product information and materials posted on Pokedots International Sdn. Bhd. website are provided ‘as it is’ and provided without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising. Products shown on website might slightly differ from the actual package received. All products shipped out are deemed in a good condition and thus, refunding or exchange is only allowed depending on Pokedots International Sdn. Bhd.’s sole discretion.
MISTAKEN OF ORDERS
In any scenarios, if there is a mistake made by our side once you have received the package; please email us at support@poke-dots.com. Depending on the issues, Pokedots International Sdn. Bhd. has the right to suspend any transaction upon sole discretion.
